2. Service Availability & European Destination Coverage
Our products are offered exclusively to customers residing in eligible European destinations. Orders placed for delivery addresses outside our supported European coverage area will not be accepted or processed.
3. Orders, Processing & Dispatch
- Order Processing Time: Orders are prepared, inspected, and processed for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days following payment confirmation.
- Shipping Carriers & Transit Times: We partner with standard European logistics and express carriers—including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services—to deliver your orders. Standard estimated transit time is 5 to 12 working days following initial dispatch.
- Automated Tracking Notifications: During order fulfillment, automated notification emails containing parcel tracking links are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Updates are generated at key fulfillment milestones, including parcel dispatch, arrival at regional handling hubs, and out-for-delivery status.
- Delayed Parcels & Investigations: If your shipment exceeds the standard 12 working days transit window, please contact customer support at kitchen@siftling.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier and, depending on the investigation outcome, arrange a full refund or issue a replacement order at no extra charge.
4. Transfer of Risk & Ownership
In full compliance with European consumer protection legislation (EU Consumer Rights Directive):
- Risk of Loss & Damage: Risk of loss, damage, or deterioration of ordered goods passes to the consumer only when the consumer—or a designated third party acting on the consumer’s behalf (other than the carrier)—takes physical possession of the items.
- Ownership Transfer: Ownership of purchased products transfers to the consumer upon successful physical delivery and completion of required payment.
5. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Right to Cancel)

- Return Conditions: Unless the item received is defective or damaged, returned items must remain unused, complete, and in their original packaging. The consumer covers direct return postage fees unless agreed otherwise.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take care in inspecting and packing every kitchen tool before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival:
- Notification & Proof: Please notify us via email at kitchen@siftling.com within a reasonable time after receipt, providing your order details and photos clearly displaying the issue or damage.
- Simplified Resolutions: Where physical inspectable damage is clearly demonstrated via photographic proof, returning the damaged item is not required. Following verification, we will process a full refund or issue an immediate replacement item free of charge.
7. Limitation of Operational Liability
siftling maintains operations in accordance with European legal standards. Nothing within these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for statutory liabilities that cannot be restricted under mandatory European consumer legislation.

These Terms of Service and any contractual agreements for purchases made via www.siftling.com are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and mandatory European Union consumer protection directives.
